The Group focuses on the development of housing townships, residential subdivisions and other horizontal land development. The Group's property operations are carried out through two segments. Horizontal Projects refer to house and lot packages and subdivisions lots that are intended both for low and middle-income market. High-Rise Projects refers to condominiums and other medium scale properties that caters to middle-income market.
